At what cost is gambling having? 

The theme for this year’s campaign is At what cost is gambling having? and the call-to-action is Anyone can ask for help. This campaign launched on Monday 4th October and runs through to Sunday 10th October 2021.

Every year, Amity aims to raise awareness of the risks and harms relating to gambling and highlight strategies and support services available throughout this campaign.

The information presented across the campaign material encourages different options for support for people who gamble and concerned others. This includes accessing free and confidential counselling services at Amity, calling the 24hr gambling helpline and accessing the Gambling Help Online self-help website.

The campaign kicked off with an online launch on Monday 4th October with a Q&A forum in relation to the campaign. Keep an eye for any health promotion you may see around in venues and health and social services in promotion of this campaign.
