Amity offers training in the Responsible Service of Gambling in line with the requirements of the NT Code of Practice. This training is focussed on creating a responsible gaming culture through educating gaming venue staff and providing them with information about responsible gaming and problem gambling.
The training modules are directed at both frontline employees and management, with different learning objectives and expectations for each module. Training sessions are offered across the entire NT.
Amity is also available to venues and staff for support in addressing patrons who may be experiencing problems with their gambling. We also provide support to staff who may be having difficulties coping with stress, anxiety or their own gambling habits.
